The Pakistan Army has announced new job opportunities for 2026 for different soldier posts across the country.
These posts include Sepoy Military Police, Sepoy General Duty, Cook, Nursing Assistant, Sepoy Driver, Sanitation Worker, Clerk, and Sepoy Technical Trade.
The army has invited young candidates to join and serve the country through the advertisement attached below. The recruitment drive will continue from March 2 to May 22, 2026.

Pak Army jobs 2026: eligibility criteria
Candidates from Pakistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) can apply. Both married and unmarried people are eligible for most posts.
Age limit
The age limit for most candidates is 17 and a half years to 23 years as of May 23, 2026.
For sanitary workers, the age limit is 17 to 35 years. Some candidates can also get age relaxation.
Graduates can get one year of relaxation. Families of martyrs or disabled soldiers can get two years of relaxation.
People from Balochistan and some areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) can get a three years relaxation.
Education required
Education requirements are different for each post. For General Duty, Driver, and Military Police, candidates must have at least a matric education.
Nursing Assistants must have FSc Pre-Medical with at least 50 per cent marks. For Technical Trade, a matric with science is required.
Clerks must have intermediate education. Cooks should have a middle-level education. Sanitary workers must be literate.
Height requirements
Physical standards are also set. For most soldier posts, the minimum height is 5 feet 6 inches. For Military Police, it is 5 feet 8 inches.
For Clerk, Cook, and Sanitary Worker, it is 5 feet 3 inches. Some height relaxation is allowed for specific areas and for the children of martyrs.

Pak Army recruitment drive 2026: how to apply
Candidates must bring original documents and two attested copies. They also need four passport-size photos, a CNIC or Form-B, and domicile papers if required. Documents of the father also need to be provided.
The Pakistan Army has also reserved a special quota for minority candidates. The army has also encouraged young people to apply and take part in serving the nation.
