The officer immediately took steps to trace the owner instead of keeping the bag. He sought help from hotel management and reviewed CCTV footage to identify the woman who had lost it. After confirming her identity, he contacted her and arranged the safe return of the handbag.

The woman received her belongings and expressed relief and gratitude after getting her cash and documents back safely. She appreciated the officer’s honesty and quick action in handling the situation.
