Famous Pakistani actress and model Alizeh Shah has gained the spotlight once again after criticising singer Zoha Waseem over her song ‘Majboor’.

A public exchange between actress Alizeh Shah and singer Zoha Waseem has sparked debate on social media after comments about the viral song Majboor drew attention online.

The discussion began when Alizeh Shah shared her opinion about one of the lyrics from the song, which was released in 2025 by singer Sheheryar Rehan in collaboration with Zoha Waseem.

Zoha replied to her on her Instagram story saying, “Guys, she needs attention, Allah jealousy on top bhai ap ko ab koi dekhta nai dosroon sy kyun jal rhi hu.”

To which Alizeh Shah responded immediately, she also shared an Instagram story saying, “Learn to sing without autotune first. My days aren’t so bad that I’d have to be jealous of a salon lady. Did anyone even know you before this stupid song? Get well soon baji… Don’t get too excited over four days of hype.”

In a video shared on Instagram, the actress said she liked the overall tune of the song but disagreed with a particular line.

According to her, the lyrics suggested emotionally pressuring someone into expressing feelings rather than letting emotions develop naturally.

She also advised followers not to seek constant reassurance in relationships, saying such expectations could lead to disappointment.

The comments quickly gained attention online, with users divided over her remarks.

Some agreed with her interpretation of the lyrics, while others defended the song and viewed the criticism as unnecessary.

The exchange later intensified after Alizeh Shah reposted a video featuring a comment allegedly linked to Zoha Waseem.

In response, the actress posted a strong reply to the singer, questioning her popularity before the release of the track.

The disagreement has since become a wider social media discussion, with clips and screenshots circulating across different platforms.

Despite the controversy, “Majboor” continues to trend online, with many listeners praising its melody and emotional style.

The online debate has also brought additional attention to both the song and the artists involved.
