The QS World University Rankings 2027 have been released. According to the recent QS world university rankings, no Pakistani university has made it to the world’s top 350 universities.
The global institution known for university rankings, called QS, released the list of the top 350 universities worldwide. It is pertinent to mention that no Pakistani university is included in the newly released list by the QS World University Rankings.
Earlier last year, Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad was ranked number 354, and this year it’s on number 381. Similarly, the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) was ranked number 371, and this year it’s on number 384.
At the same time, Punjab University was ranked number 542 according to last year’s rankings, and now this year it’s on number 588.
According to the details, Karachi University is included in the top 1500 universities across the globe.
Globally, a total of 18 universities from Pakistan have been included in the world’s 1504 higher education institutions. On the other hand, among the 10 best universities in the world, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology of the United States is ranked first, the Imperial College London of the United Kingdom is ranked second, while Stanford University of the United States is ranked third.
