Govt opens Hajj 2027 registration
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has unveiled the registration schedule for Hajj 2027, introducing a streamlined and transparent process for prospective pilgrims.
The new registration system has been designed in accordance with the latest guidelines and regulations issued by the Saudi authorities. According to media reports, online registration will open on Monday, June 22, 2026.
Prospective pilgrims will be required to create a user account on the Ministry’s official Hajj portal at www.hajj.mora.gov.pk. After creating an account, applicants must complete the registration process by providing their personal information as well as the details of their family group.
The Ministry has specified that registration will only be accepted as family groups. However, a valid passport will be compulsory during the next phase of Hajj billing, and applications without a passport will not be processed at that stage.
Authorities have further clarified that pilgrims’ passports must remain valid until at least November 16, 2027. Passports with a shorter validity period will not be accepted.
