According to official details, the scholarships will allow selected candidates from Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) to pursue doctoral studies at top-ranked universities in the US.
HEC stated that the initiative is aimed at supporting highly talented students who wish to gain admission to leading global institutions under fully or partially funded arrangements.
More details regarding eligibility criteria, funding structure, and application procedures are expected to be shared through the official HEC portal.
