In the latest dharmendra news, Bollywood legend Dharmendra, 89, has been admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital for observation, prompting a wave of concern among fans. Doctors are monitoring his condition round the clock, according to family and close associates.
Speculations triggered by falsely propagated news on social media claimed veteran actor Dharmendra was placed on ventilator. They went further on by dishonestly claiming his death which send shock waves to his fan base across the world. The family has categorically denied these rumours. A statement from Team Sunny Deol said, “Mr Dharmendra is stable and under observation… Kindly don’t indulge in spreading false rumours regarding his health.”
Hema Malini, Dharmendra’s wife and Bollywood actress, wrote in a statement shared on X, thanking fans and supporters to their concern for her family and urged prayers for her husband’s speedy recovery. “He is being continuously monitored and we are all with him,” she wrote, asking for the family’s privacy to be respected during the hospital stay.
Family members, including Sunny Deol and Tanya Deol, visited the hospital soon after Hema Malini’s note. Grandsons Karan and Rajveer Deol were also seen arriving to be by their grandfather’s side. Moreover, multiple mega stars of Bollywood also visited the hospital.
Reports indicate a team of senior doctors is overseeing Dharmendra’s care; while the exact reason for admission has not been disclosed.
The scare comes weeks before Dharmendra’s 90th birthday on December 8. Despite his age, Dharmendra remains active on screen. He appeared earlier this year in a Shahid Kapoor starrer movie ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’.
As misinformation circulates online, the family and close aides of Dharmendra are urging fans to rely on verified updates and continue to pray for his recovery.
