Security forces kill 15 terrorists attempting to infiltrate from Afghanistan
Previously, security forces foiled an infiltration attempt by 15 terrorists from Afghan territory into Pakistan’s Ghulam Khan sector. According to sources, all 15 infiltrators were killed during the operation.
Sources said the armed men included individuals linked to Commander Mazdagari Marwat and members of the Wazir group.
The attempted infiltration was thwarted by security forces. The incident has renewed concerns over the alleged use of Afghan territory for terrorist activities against Pakistan.
Pakistan has repeatedly called for Afghan soil not to be used for attacks against the country. Security forces have also stated that they are prepared to respond to threats and protect the country’s borders.
