Belarus Chief of General Staff praises PAF’s operational preparedness, self-reliance initiatives

A high-level defence delegation of the Republic of Belarus, led by Major General Muraveiko Pavel Nikolayevich, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and First Deputy Defence Minister, on Thursday appreciated the remarkable progress achieved by Pakistan Air Force, lauding operational preparedness, technological advancements and self-reliance initiatives.

The Belarus Chief of General Staff made these remarks during his visit to Air Headquarters, where he met with Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, NI (M), HJ, Chief of the Air Staff, according to the ISPR press release.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security, defence cooperation and prospects for enhanced military collaboration were discussed.

The Chief of the Air Staff reaffirmed Pakistan Air Force’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral defence ties, underscoring the importance of expanding cooperation through joint training, exercises, technological collaboration and defence industrial partnership.

The visiting dignitary appreciated the remarkable progress achieved by Pakistan Air Force, lauding operational preparedness, technological advancements and self-reliance initiatives. He expressed Belarus’ commitment to further expanding bilateral defence cooperation.
