Pakistani actor Hassan Ahmed has criticised Fahad Sheikh after he responded to the viral controversy involving the veteran actor Syed Mohammad Ahmed. Hassan said that Fahad’s explanation was not enough and that the matter should be taken seriously.
Hassan Ahmed slams Fahad Sheikh
In an Instagram Story, Hassan said he had worked with Fahad Sheikh for many years and added that, in the years he has known him, Fahad has almost always been mocking everyone. The actor also added in his story that Fahad has ‘no class or respect’.
He said that Fahad is one of those people who think disrespecting others will make them look “cool.” He also said that Fahad and everyone seen in the viral video “should be cancelled” for their behaviour.

Fahad Sheikh responds
His comments came after Fahad Sheikh denied claims that he had bullied Syed Mohammad Ahmed.
Fahad, responding to the viral behind-the-scenes video, said it was taken out of context and did not show the full story. He said he has always respected senior artists and would never try to insult them on purpose.
Fahad explained that he and Syed Mohammad Ahmed had worked together on several projects and shared a friendly relationship.
He said the cast often joked with each other on set and the moment shown in the video was never meant to embarrass anyone.
He also said he had already apologised to Syed Mohammad Ahmed in private before the issue became public.
Fahad repeated that apology in a public statement and said he was sorry if his actions had hurt the veteran actor in any way.
Fahad added that legal action was being started against people who, according to him, shared the video without its full context and created a false impression.

The controversy started after Syed Mohammad Ahmed appeared on the Dareecha podcast and spoke about an unpleasant experience with a younger co-star.
He did not name the actor but said he was mocked in the green room and later embarrassed when the actor used a small handheld fan on his head while others laughed.
Soon after the interview, a behind-the-scenes video appeared on social media. The clip showed Fahad Sheikh holding a portable fan over Syed Mohammad Ahmed while people around them laughed. Many social media users said the veteran actor looked uncomfortable.
