After performing Hajj, Durefishan Saleem shared an emotional message on Instagram.
She said the holy journey brought her peace and made her feel closer to Allah. She added that the experience taught her patience and gratitude and helped strengthen her faith.
She shared high emotions and gratitude for her parents, “It’s a story of sabr, shukar and Tawakul. So glad I did this with mama baba who MashaAllah had more strength than I did while I fell sick on the first day of Rami.”
While talking about it, Durefishan mentioned meeting girls with whom she “prayed, cried, laughed and ate every camp food, heard some amazing stories of Taqwa and learnt religion more in practice than words.”
