Senator Faisal Vawda, accusing the power corridors of protecting the drug Queen Pinky, sarcastically said that she has become entitled to a medal too, in a post on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, on Thursday.
In a tweet today, Faisal Vawda accused Pakistan’s political system of protecting influential figures and destroying the future of the young generation.
“Isn’t it ironic that the Pinky rulers who turned the drug dealer into Pinky have been entrenched in the Pinky democratic system from the creation of Pakistan right up to now?”
“They’ve sunk the future of Pakistan’s children and the coming generations. Until these Pinky rulers face true accountability, this Pinky democratic drama will keep dragging on,” he wrote.
He also sarcastically remarked that the alleged drug dealer “Pinky” appeared deserving of a medal.
“Waiting to see when the drug dealer Pinky will be awarded a medal! Now she’s become entitled to a medal too”.
“Instead of making democratic decisions, getting decisions from bureaucrats, levelling false accusations, hiding their own incompetence, sticking up posters, crafting false narratives, flying planes, and holding forced rallies—this country can’t move forward,” the senator further added.
“This is just the beginning,” he warned. Further adding, “What’s the flow of scandals like? Wait and see what happens with the scandals ahead.”
He also accused political leaders of relying on bureaucracy, propaganda campaigns, rallies and “false narratives” instead of focusing on governance and democratic decision-making.

The post warned that the controversy surrounding the case was “just the beginning” and hinted that more scandals could surface in the coming days.
Karachi’s cocaine queen Pinky sent on physical remand
Police approached a court after a lower court refused to grant physical remand in the Pinky case, following which the court approved a three-day physical remand of Karachi’s cocaine queen Pinky.
The suspect was not presented before the court during the proceedings, while a police team has been dispatched to bring Pinky from jail into custody.
