Eligibility criteria
Candidates must meet specific educational and physical requirements depending on the post:
- Assistant (BS-15): Graduation from an HEC-recognised university
- Sub-Inspector (BS-14): Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd division)
- Stenotypist: Intermediate with shorthand and typing skills
- UDC/LDC: Intermediate or Matric with required typing speed
- ASI (BS-09): Bachelor’s degree
- Constable: Matric qualification
- Drivers: Valid LTV/HTV license with relevant experience
Physical standards such as height (5’6” for men, 5’4” for women) and chest measurements (for males) are mandatory for uniformed posts.
Age limit
The general age limit ranges between 18 and 28 years, with a relaxation of up to 5 years as per government rules.
Salary and benefits
Selected candidates will be offered salaries according to the Basic Pay Scale (BS) system, along with government allowances and benefits applicable to federal employees.

According to the official advertisement, vacancies are available for the posts of Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge), Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator), and Naib Qasid.
Candidates with qualifications ranging from middle-level education to 16 years of HEC-recognized degrees in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, and IT are eligible to apply, depending on the position.
The maximum age limit varies by role, with 30 years for Deputy Assistant Director, 25 years for Junior Executive, and 40 years for Naib Qasid. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
