How to apply

To apply for a French Schengen visa, applicants need a valid passport, travel itinerary, confirmed return ticket, proof of job or business, and documents showing strong family or personal ties to Pakistan.

They also have to submit bank statements from the last six months. This, along with salary slips from the last three months, or a pension certificate.

They also need to provide proof of accommodation. This can be a hotel booking, rent agreement, or an invitation letter from a host.

In addition to this, travel health insurance covering all Schengen countries is also needed.

How much does it cost

People staying in hotels need to have around €120 per day for their trip, according to the details.

And, people who are going to stay with a host or in accommodations that have been booked before may need between €65 and €110 per day.

People who are staying in a hotel for a 90 day long stay may newd around €10,800 in their bank account.

As the rate of Euro is at about Rs324.32 in May 2026, this means you may need to show a closing balance of more than Rs3.5 million.
