The DAAD Helmut-Schmidt Programme (Master’s Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance) provides an opportunity to do postgraduate studies at the best German universities and is open to eligible students.
Applicants have the option of applying for seven selected master’s degree courses offered under the scholarship, which would help them prepare for future careers in public service, governance and policymaking.

Germany has also opened applications for the 2027 DAAD EPOS SEPT Scholarship at Leipzig University.
The scholarship offers international students a fully funded chance to study an MBA in Small Enterprise Promotion and Training. It is also known as SEPT.
The scholarship is part of the DAAD EPOS program. It supports professionals from developing countries who want to continue higher education in Germany. It is also expected to improve their leadership and business skills.
The SEPT MBA program focuses on small and medium sized businesses. These businesses play an important role in economic growth in many developing countries.
The program also includes classroom learning, practical training, case studies, and international exposure.
