Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah has said the government is making all possible efforts to provide relief to ordinary people in the upcoming budget.
Speaking to the media, he said the government could have announced a bigger relief package if the country had not faced a war-like situation. He added that global economic challenges have also affected many countries, but the government has managed to save Pakistan from default.
Rana Sanaullah said the government continues to take steps to ease the burden on the public, while the economic team remains active in talks on different financial matters.
