The launch date for Grand Theft Auto (GTA) VI is scheduled to be November 19, 2026. It will be launched on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 simultaneously.
No release date for PC version has been announced yet.
As the release date is nearing more and more speculations are being made about how big the world map is and what the final price will be.
The price of GTA VI has been a controversial topic since the beginning of the game announcement.
However, the controversy has gained much more attention after the appearance of GTA 6 on a digital storefront on the Xbox platform at the price of £89.99 ($100).
There has not been any official announcement by The Rockstar Games company about the price.
Multiple gaming experts have claimed that this price is only temporary. Nevertheless, players are preparing themselves for a big price increase.
Many people are supporting this price tag as GTA VI has been in development for a decade and will be introducing a ton of new features.
However, critics of this price have also started warning that if the launch is with this price tag it will establish a new trend and a baseline.
The other games will also then follow this trend even if the games can’t match the same quality.
On social media debates about the map size are also continuing. Rockstar has also announced that there will be three unique locations within this fictional version of the state of Florida known as Leonida.
One rumour is that the size is 3.5 times bigger than Los Santos in GTA 5.
Currently, Rockstar has not made any official announcement yet but fans are eagerly waiting for any news or announcement about the game.
