The Chief Executive of the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, is to hold a live public complaint session tomorrow, Friday, July 31.
As per the poster shared on the official page of IESCO on X, if you are a resident of Islamabad, Rawalpindi City, Rawalpindi Cantt, Jhelum, Chakwal, Attock and other linked areas, you can now register your complaint live in the complaint session that will be held by the IESCO chief.
Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mehmood will meet consumers on July 31, 2026, from 9:00am to 11:00am.

The following complaints will be taken by the officials of the IESCO on July 31:
- High electricity bills
- Low voltage
- Unscheduled power outages
- Other service-related issues
IESCO has advised consumers to provide their name, electricity bill reference number and contact details when submitting complaints.
The utility has also encouraged consumers to register issues in advance through its CEO-IESCO E-Kachery Facebook page or by calling its helpline 051-9253105.
The initiative is aimed at giving consumers direct access to senior management and improving the resolution of electricity-related complaints, according to the notice.
