Many social media users have questioned the authenticity of the image, with most saying that this image is not real and has been generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
One user shared an analysis of the picture, according to which this image was created using AI and does not show a real event.

According to the analysis, there are several clues and errors in the image that prove this.
First, the scene is unrealistic because the PTI founder was never brought to his actual court hearings in handcuffs, nor did he wear such casual clothes during court proceedings.
It further adds that there are clear distortions in the background. These include blurring and structural errors in the judge’s clothing, official symbols, and the courtroom itself. Such mistakes are common in AI-generated images.

Another netizen said, ‘Let me tell you, this is Khan Sahab’s AI-generated graphic. The other side of this graphic is also present in this video. These graphics are made with AI.’
A user pointed out that handcuffs are not used in jail.

Many users have said that the image seems to be AI-generated and is not a real image of Imran Khan.
A viral image showing Imran Khan in a courtroom with handcuffs is being widely shared online, but multiple checks suggest it is AI-generated and not a real photograph. Always verify before amplifying viral content. pic.twitter.com/CE3meDp31O— Eye on Pakistan (@eyeonpakistan_) June 27, 2026
Reports of Imran Khan-Barrister Saif’s planned meeting fake
Prior to this, reports shared by some private media channels claimed that Imran Khan and PTI leader Barrister Saif were planning to meet in jail. However, these reports are false, and no such meeting is scheduled.
According to the reports, a private TV channel claimed that jail authorities and Barrister Gohar had been informed that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi wanted to meet Barrister Saif.
It also claimed that Bushra Bibi had expressed the same wish during a family meeting last month but the meeting did not take place.
However, sources said these claims are not true and have no connection with the actual situation.
