Popular Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool ChatGPT by OpenAI is facing issues, with users reporting that the platform is down on Monday.
Major AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Google Gemini, have gone down. This has affected thousands of users worldwide.
Users in different countries said they could not access their accounts, conversations, and projects.
OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, said it is investigating the issue. It further confirmed that the users are unable to load ChatGPT and Codex.
The company called it a “partial outage.” This means that not all users are affected in the same way.
According to OpenAI’s status page, the problems include chat access, login, search, file uploads, and image generation.
