The popular Pakistani-Canadian actress and television host, Juggan Kazim, recently shared a bad experience she had with one of her fans.
She appeared as a guest on the show, Gup Shab With Vasay Chaudhry where she revealed details of the story. She said, “I was at the market to get some groceries and was also trying to arrange a doctor for my sick mother when I saw a girl standing nearby making a video of me and I already had tears in my eyes.”
“I think we have learned that when we’re on TV, we leave our problems at the door. But when we are outside, our problems still exist. These people will make a video of anything that we are doing”, the actress expressed in frustration.
Juggan Kazim stressed on her situation by saying, “There’s literally nothing more serious when your mother is sick. I tried to tell the girl to refrain from making a video at that time because it is already hard finding a doctor, they don’t pick up calls. Instead of listening to me, the girl started laughing and left with the video. Now what could I say to her?”
“We are all humans before we are celebrities. Even if someone is viral on screen for weird things, is that person also not human and have any problems?”, she added further.
Juggan Kazim’s fame and success
Juggan Kazim is a well-known Pakistani-Canadian actress, television presenter, and YouTuber recognised for her versatility in both films and morning programs.
Born as Syeda Mehrbano Kazim in Lahore, she is presently the host of Morning At Home on PTV Home.
Hailing from Lahore, Pakistan, Kazim began hosting her own television program at the age of 16 before relocating to North America to follow her dream of acting. She has also participated in various stage performances both in her hometown and in Toronto.
During the Presidential Awards ceremony in 2024, Juggun Kazim received the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz from the Government of Pakistan in recognition of her contributions to the media industry.
