A married woman was allegedly gang raped at a house in Lahore after she was offered help in finding employment.
The reported incident has led to a police case. Efforts are underway to locate and arrest the suspects.
According to the information shared about the FIR, the woman had gone to Lahore’s 5 number stop with her brother-in-law. She was reportedly seeking employment when she was offered to be helped in finding a job.
She was later taken to a house, where two men were allegedly present.
The woman accused the men of sexually assaulting her at the property. Her one and half year old daughter was reportedly in the same room when the alleged assault took place.
FIR registered by the police
Police have registered a case under the relevant provisions of the law following the woman’s complaint.
Police teams have launched efforts to arrest the suspects. Raids are reportedly being carried out at different locations as investigators search for those named or identified in connection with the case.
Authorities are reportedly continuing their efforts to trace the suspects as the investigation proceeds.
Ayat Noor goes missing
On the other hand, previously, Ayat Noor went missing on August 10. Her body was found 16 days later in a deserted dry well near a warehouse on University Road.
Police arrested four suspects and are investigating the case. The suspects are Usman, Talha, Qasim and Hassan.
The exact street where Ayat Noor lived was shown in the report. Her house is at the end of the street. The report also showed the place where she was abducted.
A CCTV camera at the location captured footage that was shared on social media. The footage allegedly showed a boy named Hassan taking Ayat with him.
Her body was later found at a deserted place near a well. The location is only a few minutes away from where Ayat was allegedly taken.
