Malala joins global campaign for girls

Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai joined hands with American fashion brand Coach for its new creative campaign, &Coach, which celebrates individuality, creativity, and cultural diversity across the world.

The initiative is part of the brand’s wider “Courage to Be Real” campaign, through which Coach connects with young people by sharing thoughtful stories and working with influential creatives, changemakers, and cultural figures.

Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai joined a multicultural group as a campaign for the betterment, empowerment, and progress of young women.

Coach’s official Instagram account posted a picture of Malala along with the members of Pakistan’s national women’s football team.

The campaign, built around the theme “Just Being Girls,” showed the everyday freedoms and experiences that many girls around the world are still striving to achieve.

Malala also wrote on her Instagram about the campaign,  “To me, ‘just being girls’ means having the freedom and opportunity to pursue what we love: reading, playing sports, going to the park with friends on a sunny day.”
