The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a special registration facility for Pakistanis living in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. NADRA Mobile Registration Team will visit the city to provide services to the Pakistani community.
According to NADRA, the mobile registration facility will operate for two days, on September 11 and 12, 2026. Services will be available from 8:00am to 4:00pm local time.
The team will operate at Al Aziziyah Al Qadeema, also known as Old Aziziyah, on King Khalid Road in Tabuk, postal code 47912.
Services available for overseas Pakistanis
Pakistanis living in and around Tabuk will be able to access several NADRA services without having to travel to a permanent registration facility.
The main service will be related to the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). Applicants will be able to submit first-time NICOP applications as well as requests for renewal, modification, cancellation and reprinting.
The mobile team will also provide services related to the Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Additionally, on September 9, the federal law minister also directed authorities to make the verification process for passports and other important documents of overseas Pakistanis faster and more efficient.
NADRA issues form-B reminder
On the other hand, NADRA has advised parents to ensure that their children have an updated B-Form, or Child Registration Certificate, containing the required photograph and biometric information.
NADRA said that if a photograph and fingerprint based B-Form has not been issued, the necessary biometric information may not exist in its records.
Parents who need to obtain their child’s first CNIC have therefore been advised to visit their nearest NADRA Registration Centre if the required biometric information is missing.
However, if the child’s photograph, fingerprints and iris scan are already linked with their CRC or form-B in NADRA’s system, the first CNIC application can be submitted through the Pak ID mobile application using the form-B.
