National Savings has launched a new digital app, allowing customers to access account information and manage their financial services through their mobile phones without visiting an office.
According to details, the Central Directorate of National Savings introduced the official National Savings Digital App to help customers avoid repeated visits to offices and long waiting times.
The digital initiative aims to provide customers with a secure and convenient way to manage their financial matters anytime and from anywhere.
Through the app, users can check their account balances instantly and download electronic account statements. They can also view complete transaction details and account histories directly on their mobile phones.
The app also allows customers to purchase various National Savings digital products from home. In addition, users can access information about their investments, including their current status and profit details.
The National Savings Digital App is available for both Android and iPhone users through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
National Savings has also introduced dedicated helplines to assist customers. The ATM helpline is +92 51 111 267 268, while the mobile app helpline is +92 51 111 728 464.

Earlier, the National Savings Centre had announced the results of the 107th draw for the Rs750 Prize Bond.
The computerised draw was held in Lahore, bringing good news for thousands of prize bond holders who had been eagerly awaiting the results.
The first prize of Rs1.5 million was awarded to prize bond number 976106.
