PML-N president Nawaz Sharif, vowing to bring prosperity to Azad Jammu and Kashmir if elected to power, said development projects similar to those underway in Punjab would also be launched in the region, along with modern transport and healthcare facilities
Addressing a large rally in Muzaffarabad on Tuesday along with Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif said that if PML-N wins, he would ask PM Shahbaz Sharif to make him Prime Minister of AJK.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) President and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif addressed a political rally in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. While addressing, he said, “I love Kashmir.” He also said that Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz also loves Kashmir.
Nawaz Sharif also promised to provide ten Green Buses to Muzaffarabad in the next few days.
The former prime minister also said that PML-N will increase the Kashmir budget by 10 per cent. Nawaz Sharif also said that the PML-N government will provide 15 mobile hospitals to Kashmiri people.
Nawaz Sharif, addressing an election rally in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, said that if his party secured victory, development projects similar to those underway in Punjab would also be launched in the region, along with modern transport and healthcare facilities.
He said that if the PML-N formed the government in Azad Kashmir, it would address all of the region’s problems. “If you vote for the PML-N, I will visit Azad Kashmir every three months and personally work to resolve the people’s issues,” he added.
The PML-N supremo said a scenic motorway should be built along the Jhelum River. He pledged that, if given the opportunity to govern, his party would resolve Azad Kashmir’s problems and increase its budget tenfold.
On the other hand, CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz said, “I am a Kashmiri by blood and heritage.”
Maryam Nawaz also said that we want to see laptops and education degrees in the hands of Kashmiri people. She also said that the PML-N government will provide free education to the children of Kashmir.
Maryam Nawaz further stated that a project like Suthra Punjab should also be in Azad Kashmir with the name of “Suthra Kashmir.”
She also said the Kashmiri people will not face the problem they are currently facing if the PML-N wins the upcoming elections in Kashmir.
