‘Alliance against Islam’: Netanyahu’s fiery speech draws backlash

Netanyahu's speech against Islam

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Israel for the second time to meet Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Both leaders are controversial and considered criminals and human rights violators. One is famous as the Butcher of Gujrat, and the other is facing an International Criminal Court arrest warrant for prosecuting a war in Gaza.

Netanyahu’s blunt speech is going viral on several social media platforms against ‘Islam.’ Israel’s prime minister, Netanyahu, said in his speech, “We are facing radical Islam, which endangers the entire world and the free nations, we will together build an iron, steadfast alliance — an alliance of countries that believe in moderation, progress, and human dignity.

An alliance grounded in mutual respect between nations that sanctify life. Together, we are willing to fight against those who worship death and seek to drag us back to the Dark Ages.”

Several social media reports confirmed that India and Israel are likely to sign a strategic deal, more likely a security deal, between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

At the same time, several strategic analysts are showing concerns about the expected deal between India and Israel, as multiple analysts remarked that this deal can benefit the Afghan Taliban and other extremist groups.

Earlier in May last year, Israel provided support to India during the Pakistan-India conflict through attack drones and similar weapons. However, Pakistan’s Armed Forces shot down six Indian Rafale jets, the international media outlet reported.

Pakistan’s former ambassador to both the United States and the United Nations, Masood Khan, also confirmed while speaking to Al Jazeera, “News coming out suggests they are going to sign a special strategic agreement, one that could be seen as a counterpart to the agreement signed by Pakistan and Saudi Arabia last year.”

“Israel already has such special agreements with countries like the US and Germany,” he added.
