The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports has announced the fee schedule for electronic passports (e-Passports) for Pakistani citizens, outlining charges based on validity period, number of pages and processing category.
According to the details, the fee structure covers both five-year and 10-year e-Passports, with separate rates for normal and urgent processing.
E-Passport fees for five years
For a five-year e-Passport with 36 pages, the normal processing fee is Rs9,000, while the 72-page passport costs Rs16,500. Under the urgent processing category, applicants will pay Rs15,000 for a 36-page passport and Rs27,000 for a 72-page passport.
E-Passport fees for 10 years
For a 10-year e-Passport, the normal fee for a 36-page passport is Rs13,500, while a 72-page passport costs Rs24,750. For urgent processing, the fee is Rs22,500 for a 36-page passport and Rs40,500 for a 72-page passport.

Applicants can select their preferred passport validity period, page count and processing category according to their travel needs and requirements.
