According to initial reports, Fitna-ul-Khawarij attacked a residential area near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, resulting in the death of nine civilians, including three women and six children.
The media reports also confirmed the damage to homes in the border area. However, the Pakistan Armed Forces responded quickly and attacked the Afghan Taliban.
The injured were also shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment. Rescue teams and local authorities reached the spot to help the victims.

The Afghan Taliban have once again shelled Pakistani civilian areas near Angoor Adda in South Waziristan, escalating tensions along the border.
According to sources, a mortar shell fired from across the border struck the home of residents Karim Khan and Rahmatullah, causing injuries to multiple family members.
At least five people were wounded in the explosion, including four children and one woman. The injured children are reported to be aged 13, 10, 8, and 3. In response, the Pakistan Army engaged the firing positions with both light and heavy weapons, after which the attackers reportedly fled.
All the injured were shifted to DHQ Hospital in Wana for treatment. Local residents have expressed deep sorrow and anger over the incident.
