On the other hand, the University of Notre Dame has also announced the University Presidential Fellowship 2027 for promising scholars aspiring to full funding for PhD studies in the humanities and social sciences in the USA.

The funding can be given for up to five years, during which the student is able to concentrate on their academic studies and research.
