The Chief Minister (CM) of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, on Saturday visited the house of the late Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) work and activist, Saba Haider in Gulistan-e-Johar.

Provincial Ministers including Sharjeel Inam Memon, Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Saeed Ghani and others were also present.

The Sindh CM and provincial ministers offered their condolences to the family of late worker Saba Haider.

Sharjeel Inam Memon expressed deep sorrow over the death of the Digital Media head of the PPP’s Hyderabad Division.

He said that Saba Haider was a talented and dynamic worker of the PPP. Her services to the People’s Party will always be remembered, he added.

The Senior Minister shared, “I extend my heartfelt condolences and sympathies to her family, friends, colleagues, and workers of the Pakistan Peoples Party. The entire Pakistan Peoples Party stands with the family of the late Saba Haider in this hour of grief.”

Prayers were offered for the deceased, asking for forgiveness and strength for her family.

Earlier this month, the young PPP media coordinator was admitted to Ziauddin Hospital in Karachi for a severe infection that led to surgery.

A recent scan showed a brain injury, and despite stable heart rate and blood pressure, falling red blood cell levels required transfusions.

PPP workers also rallied in support for her with over 20 donors providing blood. Aseefa Bhutto Zardari visited her family and offered full party support during this time.

She remained in critical condition after the diagnosis of the injury until her recent demise.
