Important details have emerged today in the murder case of TikToker Shamsho Bibi, also known as Ayesha Gilamana. Her father has accused two people of having financial disputes with his daughter and allegedly threatening her.
How was Shamsho Bibi attacked?
Shamsho Bibi was shot dead on August 14. Her 15-year-old sister was also seriously injured in the attack. Police have registered a case and started investigating different aspects of the incident.
According to the police complaint, Shamsho Bibi allegedly received a phone call from a man named Kashif, also known as Kashi. He reportedly asked her to come outside her house.
After the call, Shamsho Bibi left home in a car with her 15-year-old sister Asma and brother Naimatullah. Soon after, two unknown men on a motorcycle opened fire on their car near a petrol station.
One bullet hit Shamsho Bibi in the neck. She died at the scene. After the shooting, the car went out of control and hit another vehicle. Her younger sister Asma was seriously injured in the crash.
Family raises questions
Shamsho Bibi’s father Fazal Sahibzada said he reached THQ Hospital Taxila after receiving the news. He identified his daughter’s body at the hospital.
Her brother Naimatullah survived the attack. He told the family that the attackers appeared to be around 30 to 35 years old.

Possible financial dispute being investigated
In his complaint to the police, Shamsho Bibi’s father also mentioned a possible financial dispute as a reason for the murder.
He accused two people named Kausar and Javed, also known as Shaheen, of having financial issues with his daughter. He also alleged that they had threatened her in the past.
According to her father, Shamsho Bibi had previously filed a complaint against these people in Islamabad.
The family has also raised questions about Kashif, also known as Kashi. He allegedly called Shamsho Bibi shortly before the shooting and asked her to leave the house.
Her father suspects that the named individuals may have been directly involved in the killing. He also suspects that they may have allegedly arranged the attack through someone else.
Police have registered a case under Sections 302, 324, 109 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
Investigators are now focusing on the phone call that Shamsho Bibi received before leaving her home. Police are looking into whether the call was linked to the attack.
Who was TikToker Shamsho Bibi?
The family said Shamsho Bibi had been making videos on TikTok for around three to four years.
She had around 1.3 million followers and more than 30 million likes on her account. The family later deactivated the account after her death.
