Upper Swat: 2 women, including popular TikToker, murdered by husbands

Two women were murdered in two separate incidents in Upper Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to the police on Thursday.

Female TikToker murdered in Swat

According to details shared by the police, the first incident took place in Khwazakhela. A well known female TikToker named Nabila was allegedly shot dead by her former husband.

Police said that Nabila was originally from Bidera Matta and had recently been living in Gaiman, Khwazakhela. She had 117.9K followers on the social media platform TikTok.

A police case has been registered against the suspect. Additionally, further investigation is also underway.

Husband murders wife after domestic dispute

The second incident happened in Alam Ganj. According to initial reports, a man allegedly killed his wife after a domestic dispute.

Police reached the scene, collected evidence, and registered a case. Further legal action is in progress in this case as well.

Police officials said that investigations into both incidents are continuing, and action will be taken against those responsible in accordance with the law.

Female TikToker shot dead by husband

This is not the first time a content creator has been murdered this way; back in March 2026, a social media influencer was allegedly shot dead by her husband in Islamabad.

The incident took place near a shopping mall within the limits of Humak Police Station. According to police, the victim was identified as Sana Javed, a TikToker known by the account name OutLofara. She was originally from Attock.

Police said the suspect, Muhammad Sadiq, was also from Attock. He had previously worked as a police constable but was dismissed from service.

Initial investigations found that the suspect allegedly shot his wife before turning the gun on himself. He died at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head. Police also recovered a 9mm pistol and three spent bullet shells from the scene.

Last June, Islamabad police arrested Umar Hayat, the main suspect in the murder of 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousaf, nearly a day after she was shot dead at her home in the federal capital. According to the police, he killed Sana Yousaf after she repeatedly rejected his advances.
