University of Peshawar opens undergraduate admissions for Fall 2026

The University of Peshawar has opened undergraduate admissions for the Fall 2026 session, with limited seats available across more than 50 academic programmes.

The university is inviting applications for BS programmes in a wide range of disciplines, including science, arts, social sciences, management and technology.

Admissions are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with applicants advised to submit their forms before the deadline.

The last date to apply is Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Among the programmes being offered are Accounting and Finance, Arabic, Archaeology, Art and Design, Biotechnology, Botany, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Chemistry, Commerce, Criminology, Development Studies, Economics and Electronics.

Other options include Environmental Sciences, Fashion Designing, Gender Studies, Geography, Geology, Remote Sensing and GIS, and Governance and Public Policy.

The university is also offering programmes in International Relations, Mathematics, Media and Communication Studies, Microbiology, Peace and Conflict Studies, Physics, Political Science, Public Health, Robotics and Intelligent Systems, Sociology, Statistics, Tourism and Hotel Management, Urdu and Zoology, among others.

Some programmes, including Fashion Designing, Home Economics, Human Development and Family Studies, and Interior Design, are specifically listed for female students.

Eligibility, application process

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements set out in the university’s BS Brochure 2026.

The brochure contains information on admission criteria, available seats, fee structures and other requirements. Students have been advised to review these details before submitting their applications.

Applications can be submitted online through the University of Peshawar’s admission system. The university has also established admission helpdesks and facilitation centres to assist applicants.

With seats limited and admissions being processed on a first-come, first-served basis, applicants have been advised to complete their applications before the 27 September deadline.
