Pilgrims can now shortlist packages for Hajj 2026

Hajj 2026 Pilgrims packages

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has made the package preference phase for the 1447 AH – 2026 Hajj season available on its official Nusuk Hajj platform, to allow pilgrims from countries covered by the Direct Hajj Program to browse, compare, and shortlist the service packages to be shortlisted for before the official booking period, Al Arabiya reported.

The initiative allows the choice of up to five favourite options among prospective pilgrims who have the opportunity to learn more about the packages that will be offered in terms of service level, content and price.

Digital tools on the platform provide comparisons, show the trends of popularity, instalment-based deposits with the use of a digital wallet, and list of officially approved service providers.

The ministry stressed that Nusuk Hajj is the only authorised platform for Hajj arrangements for Direct Hajj Program countries, and warned not to deal with unlicensed providers.

All bookings and payments must be made solely on the platform to ensure the protection the rights of pilgrims and follows due process in a structured way.

Eligible pilgrims are encouraged to get their profiles or register themselves on the platform of Nusuk Hajj, ensuring protection of personal data and documents.

Applicants can also add family members who are planning to go on Hajj under the same application in order to streamline verification and approvals.

The Direct Hajj Program is for countries with Muslim minorities without official missions to run the affairs of Hajj. It enables applicants to directly book packages via the digital system of the programme, without the need for intermediaries from outside. Pilgrims from non-program countries must go through approved documentation channels from local governments.

Further information on participating countries and package options can be found on the Nusuk.sa. While registration and update of profiles can be carried out on the Hajj.nusuk.sa.

The ministry’s announcement is a step in the right direction for the digitalisation of services for Hajj, increasing transparency and offering pilgrims greater choice and convenience to utilise for the upcoming Hajj.
