Peace talks round 2 with Iran on Friday Trump

The US President Donald Trump said while speaking with an international media outlet that the peace talks round 2 with Iran is possible on Friday.

According to the international media outlet, the talks between the US and Iran are going well, and a breakthrough is possible in the next 36 to 72 hours. However, the US President Donald also told the media outlet that “it’s possible on Friday.”

Earlier, the US President extended the ceasefire at the request of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. Trump also wrote in a post on Truth Social, “Based on the fact that the Government of Iran is seriously fractured, not unexpectedly so and, upon the request of Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, of Pakistan, we have been asked to hold our Attack on the Country of Iran until such time as their leaders and representatives can come up with a unified proposal.

I have therefore directed our Military to continue the Blockade and, in all other respects, remain ready and able, and will therefore extend the Ceasefire until such time as their proposal is submitted, and discussions are concluded, one way or the other.”

However, the US President Donald Trump said that the peace talks between the US and Iran are possible on Friday. Earlier, the US Vice President JD Vance had a plan to visit Pakistan, but the Iranians were not ready to join the peace talks in Islamabad.

It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan’s leadership, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir are continiously doing efforts for the peace in the region.
