Hyderabad Kingsmen pulled off a thrilling four-wicket victory over Multan Sultans in Match 33 of PSL 11, powered by an excellent century from Usman Khan.

Chasing a daunting 214 at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, Hyderabad Kingsmen completed the chase dramatically, reaching the target with just three balls to spare while losing six wickets in a high-scoring contest.

Usman Khan played a match-winning innings of 101 runs off just 47 balls, which included five fours and ten sixes. Captain Marnus Labuschagne also made a significant contribution with 61 runs. Hassan Khan added a quick-fire 24 runs off just 6 balls towards the end. Meanwhile, Saim Ayub was dismissed for 5 runs, and Glenn Maxwell managed only 2 runs.

In the 33rd match of PSL 11, Steve Smith delivered a batting masterclass to guide Multan Sultans to a strong total against Hyderabad Kingsmen.

Batting first, Multan Sultans posted 213/7 in their allotted 20 overs, setting a 214-run target for the Kingsmen. Smith stole the spotlight with a stunning 106 off 50 balls, marking the first century of his PSL career.

His innings featured 12 fours and 6 sixes, anchoring the Sultans’ batting effort with controlled aggression and timely acceleration. Hyderabad Kingsmen now face a challenging chase of 214 runs to stay alive in the contest.

Sahibzada Farhan also made a valuable contribution with 66 runs, while Josh Flippy scored 19 runs. Shan Masood was dismissed for just 1 run. For the Hyderabad Kingsmen, Akif Javed took three wickets, while Muhammad Ali, Haneen Shah, and Hassan Khan each claimed one wicket. Hyderabad Kingsmen captain Marnus Labuschagne had earlier invited the Multan Sultans to bat first.
