Anmol Pinky booked in murder case amid ongoing drug probe

Where is Anmol Pinky’s personal flat, how much is it worth

Karachi police have submitted an interim challan in a murder case registered at Baghdadi Police Station against Anmol, also known as “Pinky,” according to the reports on Sunday. Anmol Pinky is already facing allegations in a major drug trafficking case.

According to the investigating officer (IO), the investigation is still underway. An interim challan was also submitted because the legal deadline for filing the charge sheet had expired, according to the reports.

The challan states that the incident took place on May 7. The complainant was passing through Haji Pir Muhammad Road for motorcycle related work when he noticed a dead body lying on a footpath.

Then a large number of people had gathered at the scene.

With the help of Rescue officials, the body was shifted by ambulance to Baghdadi Police Station. The police recovered a small box from his pocket during an examination of the deceased.

According to the reports, the golden colored box carried the words, “Queen Medium Pinky Don, Naam Hi Kafi Hai.”

Investigators further said that the item led them to possible links with Anmol alias Pinky. She is also alleged to be involved in the sale of drugs.

The prosecution said the interim challan is currently being reviewed. Officials said any missing details or procedural issues will be addressed during the process before the report is formally presented to a Judicial Magistrate.

Police said the murder case was registered at Baghdadi Police Station on the complaint of Sheroz, a resident of the Lines Area.

Pinky to be shifted to Lahore for investigation

Alleged drug dealer Anmol Pinky will be shifted to Lahore, Punjab, soon for investigation.

Last month, it emerged across the country that Pinky had been operating a nationwide narcotics network from Lahore and Karachi for several years with apparent impunity.

According to reports, she, along with her brothers and other associates, allegedly built an organised network that used WhatsApp and social media platforms to supply drugs, particularly cocaine, to clients in upscale urban areas.
