There is great news for unemployed Pakistani youth, as recruitment for hundreds of new government jobs has been approved.
According to a private TV channel, approval has been granted for hundreds of new positions in the Federal Police (Islamabad Police), along with permission to recruit for these posts.
A total of 1,934 new positions have been approved in Islamabad Police, and recruitment will be carried out in the Special Protection Unit and the Law and Order Division.
Out of these, 997 new positions have been approved for the protection of VIPs and sensitive installations, while 937 positions have been approved for maintaining law and order.
For these vacancies, 1,580 constables and 180 head constables will be recruited.
In addition, 24 inspector positions have also been approved for supervising field operations. A total of 100 Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) and 50 Sub-Inspectors (SIs) will also be inducted directly into the force.
The expenses for the new recruitment will be covered from the Federal Police budget.
Other than this the Pakistan Air Force is also offering new civilian job opportunities in 2026 for candidates all over Pakistan. The candidates, however, will have to be eligible.
The new jobs in PAF include jobs for Medical Assistant, Draftsman, and Cook posts.
The online registration for these posts started on June 15, 2026. They will continue till June 28, 2026.
For Medical Assistant (BPS-09) a total of 9 positions are available. For Draftsman (BPS-04) there are four positions available. For Cook (BPS-03), three positions are available.
The age limits for candidates have also been set. A person should be 18 to 25 years for Medical Assistant and for Draftsman and Cook, a person should be 18 to 30 years old.
