The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has announced several job openings for June 2026. The PITB has invited applications from qualified candidates across different fields. Here is all you need to know.
Kind of jobs available
The hiring campaign includes jobs in artificial intelligence (AI), software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, marketing, media, operations, and project management.
According to the official advertisement, all positions will be offered on a contract basis. Most jobs are based in Lahore.
Additionally, some positions, such as Resident Engineer, are available in different districts of Punjab.
PITB said candidates must apply only through the official Punjab Job Portal. Applications sent by hand, courier, post, fax, or email will not be accepted.

Several other administrative and support positions have also been announced.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements for the position they are applying for.
The maximum age limit for all vacancies is 45 years. Most jobs require at least 16 years of education from a recognised institution.
However, some positions accept candidates with 12 or 10 years of education. It also depends on the nature of the role. Experience requirements vary from one to 12 years.
Fresh candidates and applicants with up to one year of experience can apply for some entry level positions.
Mid level jobs usually require two to five years of experience, while senior positions need five to seven years of professional experience.
The Senior Security Warden post requires 10 years of education along with 12 years of relevant experience.
In addition to this, government and semi government employees have to apply through the proper official channel.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews. Also, no TA or DA will be provided during the recruitment process.

Interested candidates have to submit their applications online through the official Punjab Job Portal.
Applicants should search for PITB vacancies and choose a position that matches their qualifications.
They then have to complete the online application form and provide correct personal and professional information. The required documents should also be uploaded through the portal.
PITB has advised candidates to carefully read the complete eligibility criteria and job descriptions before submitting their applications.
Applications submitted through offline methods will not be accepted. Only candidates who are shortlisted will move to the next stage of the recruitment process.

The advertisement was published in June 2026, and applications opened immediately. The last date to apply is 05 July 2026.
