Popular and beloved Pakistani chef Rahat Ali passed away a few days ago, according to a post shared by her family. The chef has left her family, friends, and fans in mourning. Her family has confirmed the news of her death.
The news of Chef Rahat Ali’s passing was also shared by her niece on social media.

Chef Rahat Ali was one of Pakistan’s most well-known cooking experts. She became popular through her simple recipes and easy cooking tips that helped many people learn to cook at home. She was also known for her warm personality and friendly smile.
Her daughter, Chef Maeda Rahat Ali, is also a well known chef and is currently living in the United States.
Earlier, another very popular internationally known Pakistani chef, Zakir Hussain, passed away in Karachi on April 22 at the age of 58, his family confirmed.
According to his family, Chef Zakir had been suffering from a kidney disease for some time and was receiving regular dialysis.
His nephew, Shayan, said that he had been getting treatment in the United States. But he returned to Pakistan about a month before his death after doctors said his condition could no longer be treated.
Chef Zakir was one of Pakistan’s most famous chefs and was loved by millions through his television cooking shows.
He became popular for teaching simple and traditional Pakistani recipes that inspired home cooks across the country.
His funeral prayers were offered after Asr at Jamia Rashidia in Saudabad, Karachi, as per the reports. After his death, his fans, fellow chefs, and members of the hospitality industry paid tribute to his contributions to Pakistani cuisine.
