The bank uses One-Time Passwords (OTPs), biometric checks linked to NADRA and live face detection to verify customer identities.

Easypaisa also monitors accounts for suspicious activity. It alerts customers about failed login attempts, access from unknown devices and changes linked to accounts or SIMs.
The bank also checks unusual location changes and high-risk transactions. These alerts help customers identify possible fraud and take action to protect their accounts.
