- Good health and ability to pass medical tests
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
- Customer service experience preferred
Candidates must also maintain a professional appearance, with no visible tattoos while in uniform.

Flydubai offers a competitive pay package, including a total fixed salary of Dh8,275 covering basic pay, housing and transport allowances. Cabin crew can also earn an average of Dh4,500 per month as flying pay depending on hours.
