The Pakistan Armed Forces killed four terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in the Splinji area near Kolpur, officials said.
According to details, security forces surrounded a terrorist hideout after receiving intelligence about the presence of militants in the area. During the operation, an intense exchange of fire took place between the troops and the terrorists.
As a result of the operation, four terrorists were killed.
The Pakistan Armed Forces also suffered casualties, with two soldiers embracing martyrdom during the exchange of fire. Three other soldiers were injured and are receiving medical treatment.
Following the operation, security forces launched a search operation in the surrounding area to trace any terrorists who may have fled.
Officials said counterterrorism operations and search missions against terrorists are continuing as part of ongoing efforts to maintain peace and security.

The assailants sought to breach the check post security; however, their nefarious designs were swiftly and decisively foiled by the vigilant and resolute response of security forces. Displaying unwavering courage and professional excellence, troops engaged the fleeing Khwarij with precision, eliminating twelve Khwarij.
