The banned JAAC used the dead bodies of Usman Sabir and others to spread a false narrative about the security institutions of Pakistan.
The CMH hospital in Rawalakot was attacked by the banned JAAC. They set the hospital on fire and put innocent lives at risk.
It was Umar Nazir, Sardar Aman, and Shaukat Nawaz who, for their malicious political objectives, set the peaceful environment of Azad Kashmir ablaze and misled young people into taking the law into their own hands.
Even before the cowardly attack on the CMH, the same group of miscreants attacked security forces personnel, abducted them, and then set state property on fire.
Now the same banned committee is attempting to escape the grip of the law by playing politics over the dead bodies of Usman Sabir and spreading a false narrative about his killing.
The truth is that it was not the security institutions that shed the blood of these young people, but the leaders of the banned Committee, who first used innocent civilians as human shields and then, through their militants who were already positioned on rooftops, targeted the very same people.
Multiple pieces of evidence and witnesses supporting this have already emerged. Now these rioters are looking for a way to escape accountability.
The people of Azad Kashmir now fully understand this hypocritical game and are demanding strict accountability for these criminals.
Significant progress has also been made in the operation against the financial network of the banned Awami Action Committee during the Rawalakot sit-in.
According to sources, a man named Hamza, who was present at the sit-in, allegedly mobilised various individuals over the phone, instructed them to collect funds from different areas, and directed them to send the money to Rawalakot.
According to reports, one individual carrying funds to Rawalakot was arrested by the police.
Based on information obtained during the investigation, several more individuals allegedly linked to this financial network were also taken into custody.
Preliminary investigations have also revealed that a portion of the funds received from abroad and other sources was allegedly kept for personal use, while the remaining amount was used for the activities of the banned Awami Action Committee.
During the investigation, Hamza’s alleged chat with his family members also surfaced.
According to sources, in the conversation he expressed the view that the Awami Action Committee had deviated from its original movement for public rights and had come under the dominance of nationalist elements, as a result of which the direction of the organisation had changed.
According to the alleged chat, he stated that the agenda of public rights had now been pushed into the background and that the movement was moving in a different direction.
The police and relevant authorities are conducting further investigations into the matter, and the interrogation of the arrested individuals is ongoing.
