The Punjab Police has announced fresh job opportunities, offering young candidates a chance to secure government employment. The department is hiring for two key positions: Senior Station Assistant (SSA) and Police Station Assistant (PSA), attracting attention from job seekers across the province.
What are the two positions in Punjab Police?
According to the official details, both positions come with an age limit of 18 to 25 years, making them ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in the public sector. Candidates must have completed ICS from a recognised board, along with a computer certificate in MS Office from a recognised institute. In addition, applicants must demonstrate strong typing skills, including an English typing speed of 35 words per minute and a Urdu typing speed of 25 words per minute.
For the post of Senior Station Assistant (SSA), candidates are also required to have at least three years of relevant experience, giving preference to those with prior administrative or technical expertise.
Meanwhile, the Police Station Assistant (PSA) position does not require prior experience, making it more accessible for entry-level applicants.
