MG has launched the second-generation ZS in Pakistan with three variants, a petrol version and two hybrid models. MG company is bringing hybrid technology to this popular crossover for the first time.
Price of each variant
The ex-factory prices for the three variants are as follows:
- Vibe: Rs6,599,000
- Hybrid+ Excite: Rs7,099,000
- Hybrid+ Essence: Rs7,499,000
The introduction of two hybrid variants, Excite and Essence, signals MG’s move to align with growing demand for fuel-efficient vehicles in Pakistan’s competitive SUV segment. The Hybrid+ badge suggests these models come equipped with electrified powertrains aimed at improving fuel economy over the standard petrol version.
The Essence variant is priced highest among the three, and expected to offer the most comprehensive set of features,. However, the Excite trim positions itself as a mid-range hybrid option. The Vibe remains the most affordable of the second-generation ZS range.
How to book
Interested buyers can now reserve their preferred variant at MG dealerships across Pakistan by paying the required booking amount. Bookings are now open across dealerships, with a deposit of Rs1,200,000 required for all variants.
The process is open to all customers regardless of which model they choose. However, the details about specifications, delivery timelines, and additional features are expected to be shared by the company in the coming days.
Earlier, Pakistan set to export 5,000 locally assembled MG cars to Bangladesh. The deal was signed between MG Motors Pakistan and Bangladesh-based RANGS Motors Limited, with the announcement made in Islamabad by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan.
