Popular Pakistani television actress and host Nadia Khan shared an emotional message on the social media platform Instagram to celebrate her daughter Alyzeh’s graduation from the University of British Columbia.
In the post, Nadia said that she was heartbroken because she could not attend the graduation ceremony.
She explained that her visa was delayed, so she was unable to travel. She told her daughter that although she could not be there in person, her love and prayers were always with her.
Nadia praised Alyzeh for living away from home for the past five years. She said that her daughter worked hard, managed both work and studies, and stayed strong while living far from her family.
She also said she had always believed in Alyzeh’s abilities. Nadia wrote that she may not have been a perfect mother but always tried her best.
She further added that seeing her daughter become a confident and independent young woman made her feel proud.
The actress said Alyzeh’s graduation from the University of British Columbia was a dream come true. She added that every challenge, sacrifice, and late night had been worth it.
Nadia ended her message by congratulating her daughter and saying the whole family was proud of her achievement. She also sent her love and prayers for Alyzeh’s future.

“If it can happen to the most beautiful faces in the world, it can happen to people like us easily”, she added.
