The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced self-service kiosks to make its services faster and more convenient for citizens across Pakistan.
Through the new self-service kiosks, citizens can submit applications on their own for the renewal of their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). They can also apply for a replacement of lost or damaged identity cards and request the cancellation of the CNIC of a deceased family member without assistance from NADRA staff.
