Intermittent snowfall has continued in Naran and around Lake Saif-ul-Malook in Mansehra district, while several other tourist destinations in the region have also received fresh snowfall.

According to local reports, snowfall is continuing in Batakundi, Besal and areas surrounding Lake Lulusar, adding to the winter conditions across the popular tourist region.

The snowfall has made roads slippery, affecting the smooth flow of traffic and creating difficulties for motorists travelling through the mountainous areas.

However, the district administration has confirmed that the road leading to Naran remains open for tourists, allowing visitors to travel to the destination.

The administration has advised tourists planning to visit Naran to take precautionary measures and exercise extra care while driving due to slippery road conditions.

Visitors have also been urged to remain cautious while travelling through snow-covered areas and follow safety instructions issued by the authorities.

Naran, Lake Saif-ul-Malook, Batakundi and Lake Lulusar are among the region’s popular tourist attractions, particularly known for their scenic mountain landscapes and snowfall.

The latest spell of snowfall has added to the area’s winter appeal, but authorities have stressed that tourists should prioritise safety while travelling.
